Founded by Pastor Tammie T. Morris, W4LS is rooted in compassion, professional excellence, and faith-informed care. Born and raised in Chicago, Tammie’s life and work reflect a powerful journey of resilience and redemption. Having overcome addiction, trauma, abuse, and emotional pain, she embodies the message of God’s redemptive love and restoration.
As an “Ephesians 2:10 woman,” Tammie is committed to helping others walk in the good works and purpose prepared for them.

With over two decades of experience in business administration, nonprofit leadership, and mental health services, Tammie has served as Director of a community clinic, Director of a women’s homeless shelter, Deputy Director of a mental health agency, and Statewide Director for specialized case management services.
Her ministry experience spans over 15 years, focusing on teaching, training, outreach, and pastoral care — meeting people wherever they are.
